All bespoke or customised products are individually hand-made and whilst we make every effort to maintain consistency in size, form and colour some small variations may occur. I pride myself on maintaining the highest possible standard of work and finish. As natural, hand woven and dyed components are used imperfections can occur and add to the individuality of each piece. These will not be considered faults. I cannot offer any refund on any bespoke pieces once payment has been made.
Depending on your order total and the country you are ordering, you will be asked to pay duties and taxes by the courier (due in your own country) when your order arrives.Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
